Extremely polite, friendly and professional staff! The location surroundings aren't the best (if you don't have a car) but it's close to the city center and the hotel makes up for it - they offer coffee and drinks at the lobby. The parking was convenient.

The hosts were very nice and friendly, the flat itself was perfect and in good location, very quiet area, food shops and bus stop is really close. The flat was clean and tidy, it has everything you need, I’d definitely recommend and would go back whenever I’m visiting Burgas again.

Great location, room is very nice. The terrace is very big with perfect late afternoon sunlight. The staff was super helpful with a restaurant booking, parking the car and changing our luggage to another room when we extended the stay in the Villa part. We can absolute recommend the hotel. Also just around the corner there a two very nice restaurants.
