Everything was fantastic. The location is perfect, just 100 metres from the slope, you can bring your skis and just slide down to the lift. There are enough parking spots for the guests. The rooms and villas are amazing, warm all the time, nothing broken. The food was exceptional, prepared fast, super delicious and at reasonable price. The staff is extremely polite and helpful, which makes the experience even greater. There is also a SPA area, which costs 10 BGN per person per day, it looks amazing and you have a few saunas + an amazing jacuzzi designed like a cave. Overall the place is amazing and worth the price until this date. I can only congratulate the owners and hopefully they can keep it like this.

    In the last 7 years I have only been skiing in Bulgaria, although there are beautiful ski areas in Romania as well. Until this year I have only been to Borovets and Bansko. I think Pamporovo is very suitable for any level of skiing and even more attractive than the other resorts mentioned. 1st place - Pamporovo!

    Wonderful resort for snowboarding / skiing , especially for families with kids. The ski slopes are suitable for all levels of skiiers / snowboarders. The lifts are not very busy during the week. Generally exepcional place for skiing.

    Don't go on Feb school holidays - it's too crowded, however we went to Pamporovo for last 7 years almost every year, always great balance of service, nature, prices. This year we went in mid of Jan and it was a perfect time to come - no many ppl - slopes are almost empty - good snow - a lot of free ski instructors - nature is beautiful as always - one of lifts was replaced and this time N8 was opened

    Good mountain for skiing, not so many slopes (50KM) but there are slopes for every level. We had very good weather as it was snowing for the first few days and then was sunny and that was very important for our impression. Also, the whole mountain is covered with trees which creates a very nice landscape. It would be interesting the place in the summer too. There are many restaurants positioned near slopes, with very good food that is affordable. We especially used FIS restaurant. We traveled by car and roads were cleaned without snow.

    Great place for skiing with children - a lot of easy slopes, many lifts, good prices and closer to Bucharest than Bansko. Getting around is not easy - parking are crowded and there is no other way of transport (maybe a minibus to connect slopes accese with the rest of the building places would be nice) but we found all that we needed right in the complex and vicinity so we only walk.

    The mountain is more suited for skiers rather than snowboarders unless you are just beginning.. Be wary of equipment rentals and ticket sales offices next to the lifts trying to rip you off. They have no shame neither for tourists nor even local Bulgarians. Won't be returning to this mountain, as Borovets and Bansko are just 10x better and more tourist friendly.

    Plusses: very nice and professional staff - everyone, from reception to restaurant, to room cleaning, were kind and prompt; - nice architecture and room space, incl. wonderful balcony; - great and rich buffet, both for breakfast and dinner; - swimming in the pool after each day of skiing was great; - plenty of parking spaces; - ski-shuttle availability; - very good wifi in both the room and public areas; - plenty of funs for the kids in the lobby: the billiards and flipper were our favourites.

    The location is good and wakes the legs up in the morning with a short walk up a steep hill to the ski centres to get kit and the lift to the peak. Can also be ski in/ski out if required. The hotel has a decent restaurant, with good reasonably priced food. Haven't got round to using the spa facilities, but maybe next time. Will be coming again!!

    The room was very spacious. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Wonderful skip school located within the hotel with really experienced and knowledgeable ski instructors. After a full day of skiing, the swimming pool and the sauna were really helpful finish of the day.
