I must say it was an experience beyond compare.The room was not only impeccably clean and well-appointed but also exuded a sense of elegance and comfort that immediately made me feel at home. All was perfect - beautiful location, apartment was very clean and with brand new facilities, comimentary coffee, tea, sweets and even champagne for NYE. Very responsive and helpful host.

The house was lovely, it had everything we needed, there was a large park with black swans. The lady that was our property contact was available and answered our question. The house consists of a living room and bathroom at the bottom floor and then a master bedroom and two rooms with single beds and a bathroom at the top floor. Also, small dogs are allowed which was great. The house interior was beautiful and there was fireplace.

We had an amazing stay and truly enjoyed our time at Lake Panorama Apartment. The apartment is new, beautifully designed, and very spacious — it immediately felt like home. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location offers easy access, and the view of the lake is absolutely stunning. Near Hyatt Hotel and restaurants. Our host was exceptional — very responsive and helpful, with clear instructions that made everything simple. Highly recommend 👌 👍

Stayed in these apartments before so I knew the routine regarding handing over the keys and so on. Room was totally up to expectations with a pleasant balcony to take in the Autumn sunshine. A 20-minute walk into town and two good restaurants. I think there was a bit of movement in the bathroom tiles, judging by the flaking and hollow sounds coming from them, but nothing to detract from a superbly presented room in a very convenient location.

    The hotel and facilities are on the whole excellent.

    The hotel and facilities are on the whole excellent. Didn't have time to make use of the pool and spa or walk the lake. Strongly suggest eating dinner at the restaurant as food was delicious. If you are a light sleeper be prepared for the room's night lights to turn on randomly as it impacted my sleep. If it wasn't for that the hotel would have been rated excellent.
