Close to the centre but up on a hill overlooking the lake so the views are magnificent. rooms are very comfortable with great heating and electric kettles for tea (very rare in South America generally). The garden with hammocks and deck chairs is a must for sunset! Above all the helpful, friendly staff are wonderful. (We received great advice about our trip to Isla del Sol, left our big bags here and travelled lightly, which is a good plan on the Island with all its steps). Many languages spoken and all efforts made. Special shoutout to Carlos and Amaru.

The staff is amazing. The man at the Front Desk works really hard and gave me an incredible help during my short stay. He managed to get my laundry done in 2 hours and that was super helpful. The two mans at the restaurant are also super nice, can’t expect more from them. Their effort is 10/10. All rooms have a nice view on the Lake Titicaca, and also the terrace is special. You may enjoy a nice beer/coke/mate de coca while looking at the incredible sunset on the Lake

Although a little walk up from the « center » of copacabana , the walk is well worth the view. If you don’t want to walk they offer a taxi service. The hotel is very well decorated, the hosts are kind and helpful. We had a great and relaxing time. We recommend 100%

We were greeted with the friendliest staff. They quickly upgraded us to the third story of the beautiful waterfront property so our views perfect water views. One night we needed to stay in and with our limited Spanish then host was happy to order us food to our hotel for dinner. The bed was huge and very comfortable The next morning we woke up to a beautiful generous breakfast spread all for us also with waterfront views. The hotel was a short walk out of town along the water but worth it for the peaceful views José was amazing And the alpacas were a fun addition

It was a bit of a walk from the town, but the location was lovely. Everything was clean and the rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was especially great, with a fireplace. It was the best value for money I've stayed at.
