Trindade is more local touristic location, no big hotels, which is good. Very good local restaurants, shops and "hippie" atmosphere... Do not expect luxury. But very pleasant place surrounded by wild tropical nature, beautiful beaches and trails in tropical forrest (national park). We have come here with small children and they were happy to be here... The road to the village is not the best one, be prepared...

Amazing city with beautiful beaches and a good commerce structure, the cosine was good, the trails for the other beaches are a bit dangerous for amateurs, but if you go at day and using repellent and shoes you will be fine.

Trindade is just the most perfect place, I dare to say, in all the world. There's some purity and wild sights, people are so warm and caring since is a small fisherman village everyone knows everyone and will notice the foreigns arriving. All beaches, natural pools, waterfalls, boat trips, amazing food on the beach, everything makes it one of the most beautiful and unique places. If you visit be aware that's a magical place. Don't destroy anything, don't litter. Take only pictures and amazing memories.

Great views, beautiful walks to waterfalls and secured beaches !! The village is lovely, good vibes, good food and interesting nightlife. Truly recommend the walk to the natural pools (we went there 3x in 2 days!) and to the waterfalls.

Great, the beach is well-preserved.

Great, the beach is well-preserved. Despite the commerce, the place is preserved, however, there are many dogs on the beach and I saw quite a few dog poops in the sand. There are many places to explore there and it's good to go with plenty of energy.

The city has poor infrastructure, especially electricity and cell phone service. Restaurants and beach bars are relatively good. The beaches are nice. But I didn't see anything worth returning to, and if I had known, I wouldn't have gone.

Absolutely lovely place in a stunning location, just a few minutes walk from the beach. Great walks on the beach. Beautiful viewpoint, quaint place with a homely feel to it. Rooms were more than adequate. Breakfast was tasty and served up with a smile; nice breakfast balcony. Cute little pool that can be used if wanted, but the beach is so close. Trindade is a lovely place. Logan and his wife were absolutely superb hosts. An absolutely incredibly friendly guy who catered to our every need.

This hostel and Trindade as a place in general are now up there with my favourite places after 5 months in South America :) Matilda and her team are so lovely and friendly so if you’re looking for somewhere chilled to recharge then this is the place. I tried the meditation, yoga and reiki all for the first time and felt so comfortable, plus the prices are really reasonable. A truly special spot in a beautiful and safe little village.
