In the middle of the Botswanan bush is this beautiful campsite, fully sustainable and with very passionate owners who are working with local communities. Only stayed for a night but the hosts were very attentive and helpful.

Fabulous place - sleepy little corner of the world but such care and attention to the little things

This campsite was recommended to us by other travellers and we were not disappointed as it is an excellent place to stay. The cottages and camp site are located about 15 mins from Ngoma on the Botswana side of the border. We stayed in a self-catering cottage and would describe the facilities as excellent. The cottage had a queen size bed with mosquito net, a sofa which could be used as a bed, a large ensuite bathroom with an outside shower accessed from inside the bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also an outdoor deck and table, and a braai for cooking. The reception has a well stocked shop with food, their own grown produce, and craft items for sale. There is wifi at reception area, plus complimentary tea and coffee, wit the option to buy coffee pods for the coffee machine. Staff were really helpful and organised an early check-in for us – the communication was excellent. The site also has campsites and ‘glamping’ tents, a swimming pool and a deck overlooking the Chobe river. We would definitely stay again.

The hosts are such lovely people! They arranged a day trip for us to the Vic falls which was worth it. The lodge is beautiful. The accomodation is very clean and was perfect for our 4 day stay. We will be back.
