As with other cities in the most beautiful parts of Canada, it has grown somewhat since our last visit, but continues to be well-maintained and easy to navigate. Downtown Kelowna has many great restaurants within walking distance. There are also plenty of wineries and breweries, and in recent years, some beaches where drinking alcohol is allowed have appeared (you can look it up for details). Parasailing over the lake adds to the lively atmosphere. Kelowna is a lovely serene town nestled around the lake Okanagan and an airport within the Canadian Rockies. Beautiful scenery and lots of places for outdoor fun and entertainment. It was a short trip but we will return to see more of it in the near future.Guest review byIbe - 10.0

Kelowna has nice scenery, but everything else was a hassle. Parking is a nightmare — I got a ticket despite following the signs, and finding legal parking was stressful and unclear. Everything felt overpriced and inconvenient. For a small city, it lacked the charm or hospitality I expected. Not sure I’d return anytime soon.Guest review byPauloUnited States

Hotel Zed was perfect for me because I could walk to and from the event in (literally) minutes. I didn't have to worry about driving back to my room because I could just walk back! Hotel Zed is also right around the corner from Bernard street which is where the restaurants are. Again, extremely ideal being centrally located.
