I loved the peacefulness of the location , the access to hot tube and sauna, the wifi was stellar . I had the wood stove on mostly non stop .. So comfortable and cozy . The proprietor kept in contact for anything I wanted or needed via text message . Thank you Liz and Mike

Our stay at Graceful Suites exceeded our expectations. The apartment was clean with modern conveniences carefully considering the needs of guests. I especially appreciated the large desk for a work call during our stay. Communication was quick and friendly. Instructions were clear. Highly recommended and definitely a place we would book again should we ever find ourselves back in Kemptville!

    Cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

    Cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Staff went out of their way to help us with any questions we had. They accomodated us because our flight didn't leave until late afternoon. Recommended this hotel to all travellers. We certainly will be using Sure Stay Hotel again next time we travel to Ontario. Thank-you all for making our stay so enjoyable.

    Super friendly staff, exceptionally clean building and rooms...

    Super friendly staff, exceptionally clean building and rooms for a great price. The building is very well maintained with snow plowing, indoor and outdoors maintenance, quiet, and it has convenient parking if you are travelling with heavy bags. The rooms are 10/10, super clean, spacious for a fair price and huge tub! Had an amazing experience with this location, would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.
