We flew back from overseas jetlagged and heading home to the Kootenays. We booked a night at the last minute and walked into the room - we were blown away at the warmth and coziness upon entering the suite. It was decorated for the holidays, holiday channel with soft music on in the background, soft lamp lighting, and warm and toasty. The kitchen is fully stocked, the bathroom has everything you could need, the washer and dryer were a godsend, 2 beautifully sized bedrooms, and a ton of outdoor space for eating and lounging. Self-check-in was efficient, and should we be staying for longer, we would have liked to meet the family dog. 10/10

The hospitality is amazing....you will not find nicer, friendlier people! Need tips on mosquito bites? Next hour, a magic potion appears on your doorstep. Did you like the red paint on their cupboards? Next hour, a note is left with full details to purchase. The suite has character; the area adjacent bustles with shops; and a sunset mountain view with a big dike walking park is nearby. A good price! Couldn't ask for more, really!

Very sweet and friendly reception at check-in. The hostess was very helpful in relation to both check-in and other questions. And then there was coffee, bread, juice, eggs, etc. on the spot that we did not believe. I don't remember if it was stated in the booking, but it was nice when we were on a motorcycle and didn't have food etc. with us. A very small town on our way around. Quiet and beautiful location.

The condo was beautiful and clean. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The views were amazing. We ate at the restaurant and the owner took care of us like we were family. The food was exceptional. We had breakfast at the cafe both mornings. Great food, especially the baked goods. All the staff we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. Very clean, great outdoor sitting areas, exactly what I would expect for a breakfast that's included in the hotel price. There were a few homeless people outside at night using the outdoor space and smoking, but I told the staff and they told the people to move along which they did in a polite way.

I was really surprised how well everything was set up, including a personalized welcome note . There was enough shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the bathroom, which was excellent since my years in traveling it was 1st. time. The coffee was from Tim Hortons 😍 . The person at the desk was very accommodating and friendly. Thank you again for your wonderful service.
