Enjoyed the river walk ; learning about some of the community history . Easy to drive thru & connect with our route south . Matane has the friendliest folks in the entire province.
Matane has the friendliest folks in the entire province. Most tourists just drive through but there are places for kids, restos for the whole family,a marina to enjoy, a cinema, big stores and small artisanal boutiques. There is a really neat walkway along the river and a well-designed access to the water and beaches.
