The building is rather like some you would find in the UK, the external is rather olde worlde, and the inside is full of historical bits and pieces, adding to its atmosphere. It's location right next to the highway, gives easy access to travel North or South, and there are 2 fuel outlets ( esso and shell) right on top of the property. The Waddling dog has a breakfast restaurant and a bar with restaurant within its walls and both are very good facilities

I like the quality of the service provided by the hosts: 1. Warm greetings and clear instructions on how to use the kitchen and gave us a good history of the house. 2. The floor layout, furniture, decor, bookshelf with books, games, etc. 3. Breakfast for both hot and fruits. 4. Private parking 5. Very nice neighborhood

North Saanich is conveniently located near Victoria Airport...

North Saanich is conveniently located near Victoria Airport and Butchart Gardens. A quiet residential area, a walk along the oceanfront is recommended. There's a nice golf course nearby. There aren't many restaurants in the area. We had dinner at the BB, an excellent dinner prepared by Karey, and her breakfast is also superb.

The location is genuinely lovely with nearby hiking routes all over North Saanich for scenic walks in the forest and up into the hills. Being close by to the Swartz Bay it is very accessible for both foot passengers or drivers coming of the ferry. There's also a nearby bus station 8 mins walk from the property if you rely on public transport for getting around.

For us, this was a convenient location, near where family events were taking place. It is further from Victoria, so wouldn’t be as convenient if you are wanting to spend all your time in the city. It is pet friendly with a large yard.

Cozy private garden level suite near the ferries. Well-appointed kitchenette with a hot plate and some snacks provided, including oatmeal, coffee tea. Was welcomed by Bernadette on arrival. Comfy bed.
