Staying at the Homestead, was great because there was a subway across the street & with the pandemic on, there are not many places to eat safely. Arriving at 6 p.m. I did not have a chance to drive into Vanderhoof and check it out. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. I accidentally booked the room for the wrong date and when I discovered my mistake I called them day after the reservation and they were understanding switched the booking to the correct day without charge.
