Dominic and his colleagues, they are so professional. They take care of all the fine and every little deatils ( room decorations, stunning view, fabilous facilities , service room breakfast, and etc ...). They really tried hard to make the guest happy. We had a fantastic 5-nights stay. We were lucky to have a room in the main building on the first floor. The room opened onto a large terrace with a view of the lake and mountains. The hotel is ideally located in front of the lake and away from the city, making it very peaceful—you can’t hear any noise from the road. A bus stop is right in front of the hotel, allowing easy access to Interlaken in 10 minutes and Thun in 45 minutes. The room is functional, with simple and effective furniture. It is very clean, with a fridge, kettle, and tea and coffee sachets available and replenished daily. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel’s restaurant is good I highly recommend this hotel in every way. Can’t wait to come back

Breathtaking view, you feel like sleeping on top of the lake. Lovely hostfamily! Nice concept with the beautiful terrace-bar underneath the hotel. Self-checkin and -out work very well. I had the perfect break I was looking for and could easily recharge my batteries, even though it was just for one night at the "Haus am See". I'll come back for sure!
