This place is fantastic! It's exceptionally clean and welcoming. The staff was incredibly kind—our room was ready early, which was perfect since we arrived feeling unwell. They really went above and beyond, even without us asking. This was our second trip to Lugano, but our first time staying here, and it was by far the best B&B with a smooth checkout.

We cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is. The decor and detail are next to none, the staff kind and knowledgeable, and the breakfast was very high quality. We visited Como and would only stay on lake Lugano from here on out. Morcote has a ton of charm and great restaurants, and getting around with public transportation was easy. Highly recommend!!

    The hotel is managed by a nice and funny couple. The place has a lot of cachet and is very personal to the owners/managers. The owner is cooking himself and I can only recommend to eat at the Pensione Agra, which serves ticinese (local) food. The place is located in a very calm village, almost at the end of the main road - it's very calm. The most pleasant part was the amazing sunrise that you can admire, with the scenic view enhanced by the small chapel located next to the hotel.

    A beautiful experience, end-to-end. We particularly enjoyed the indoor pool & sauna area. The restaurant serves excellent food. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Can't wait to visit in the summer and enjoy the outdoor pool/facilities as well. Also, delightful walking paths starting right at the hotel. Don't miss the local Grottos!

    Beautiful location overlooking the mountains of Lugano, The hotel itself was beautiful as well and the Spa very comfortable. The staff in the hotel were super friendly and helpful...and dealt with everything in the most skillfull way. I really miss this beautiful place.
