A little family run hotel conveniently situated halfway through my journey to Italy. The hotel is a couple of km from the A2 highway, very easily reachable. Also, is very close to the North Gotthard tunnel entrance allowing one to reach the tunnel early to avoid the usual traffic jam. The room was simply furnished, the bathroom well equipped and everything very, very clean. The buffet breakfast was fine with the usual staples of cheese, cold cuts, bread etc. Parking was available next to the hotel and free. Even though it was situated close to the highway (visible from the room window) it was exceptionally quiet. The hotel has also a restaurant serving local dishes but I didn't eat there.

We stayed here only for the one night but it was amazing experience. The owner of this hotel is very nice and friendly, the view on the mountains is gorgeous and the diner was so big that I’ve barely finished my dish. The hotel itself looks like it had renovations pretty recently (no mold in the bathroom or any kind of dirt on the walls etc.) Our room was super clean and cozy. Wonderful.

It is amazing place that cost every single cent! Good breakfast, many private parking spaces, comfortable room and great hosts. We stayed here for 1 night and it was just soooo good. Great Swiss nature will amaze you even on the way to hotel and back: the lake and alps there are beatiful (uphill and downhill way to this place).

A very cosy family run hotel situated in a small village. It is very small giving one a family like feeling and by its' size is very uncrowded. It is very clean, the breakfast offers the the regular cheese, cold cuts, eggs, milk produce, bread, coffee, tea selection. The hotels' restaurant offers local cuisine, a nice way to discover it. The price, for Switzerland is quite reasonable. We stayed here twice this year on our way to Italy and we already booked for our next journey.

Nice breakfast, we had booked two rooms for our family and they were ideally situated one in front of the other, which is perfect, thank you Parking is just in front of the hotel, showers are good, bathrooms are spacious.

The room is spacious, the bed is ok, and the private bathroom also has all the necessary amenities. The hotel provided parking, and the breakfast was good with an incredible view to the surrounding mountains.
