This is a very peaceful house . Our room was well decorated and we had everything that we needed .The location is very unusual being a mediaeval village with an amazing church and lovely walks around the streets and by the river . It is good if you want a peaceful rest. On the top floor there was a Yamaha G1 grand piano as my husband is a professional pianist he was thrilled to play this The room was also a convenient place to sit if you wished to.

An absolutely fabulous place to stay. The apartment is large and beautifully furnished with lovely decor. Nothing was left to chance. Frederic the host had thought of everything. He was very helpful, responsive and extremely well organised. The apartment was kitted out with everything you can imagine and there was a small bottle of wine, chocolates and snacks on arrival. It is extremely private and parking is right out front. It occupies the entire bottom floor of a beautiful villa. The key was from a lock box and the front door. I can't say anything but great things about this place. The photos do not do it justice!

Simple, Friendly and the most important for us, very clean! We really enjoyed our stay. We can only recommended l auberge pour tous as an awesome base to visit the Jura Vaudois. We slept really well. The staff was super nice with our kido! thanks again.

I chose Ballaigues, which is on my route, to spend the night...

I chose Ballaigues, which is on my route, to spend the night. I didn't visit the village and therefore can't offer any opinion. The only place I can mention is the bed and breakfast, whose owners are charming and efficient and offer delicious homemade meals. Audrey and Philippe's warm welcome makes me want to return.

I was in Lignerolle near Ballaigue, a small village in the Swiss Jura where life is good, with a cheese dairy, lovely hikes to do and a superb hilly landscape, surely very pleasant for cycling enthusiasts too...

The town itself is deserted and uninteresting.

The town itself is deserted and uninteresting. The hotel is on the main street and in our opinion the picture on the website is very misleading. The smells of cooking and frying in the hotel restaurant filled the floor and the rooms. The wooden beams in the rooms made it difficult to access the refrigerator. The food in the hotel restaurant is delicious but very expensive. The hotel owners are very kind but the stay at the hotel was disappointing.

A very pretty village, easily accessible, peaceful and...

A very pretty village, easily accessible, peaceful and charming, close to the village of Les Clés for swimming in the river, and near the border. The hosts were very welcoming and their house was very warm and comfortable. Philippe cooks with heart; it's delicious. Audrey's massage was divine. In short, I will return to their place every time with a heart full of happiness ♥️♥️♥️♥️
