Very professional, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel situated very conveniently, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, train station. 10 minute drive away from sites and points of interest ( Gruyère, Cailler chocolate factory, most exquisite wine shops). Ample car parking. Pet friendly. We didn't have our dog with us this time but we will definitely bring him with us the next time we stay in this hotel. ❤️

    The host provided a pdf with detailed instructions for check in, which worked perfectly. The apartment is very comfortable and the location is very good: it's in a very quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the center of Broc and with a car very close to Gruyères and Moléson.

    Excellent hotel in the heart of Broc. Rooms are well decorated and many of them have a view over the mountains and Gryuere castle. Furniture is new and fresh, the beds are comfortable. Also you have a large parking right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient.
