Perfect location ! near the train and bus station but accessible to the town on foot. The STAFF are wonderful!! 3 week trip and these folks were THE best!! the hotel is great - not fancy but very comfortable and the restaurant was awesome. Food was great and the drinks were as well. Breakfast was more basic but it was all we needed. WE were given a pass for the gondola system in town and took advantage of that - enjoyed the town as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and meeting the people from the hotel. Worth a visit!!!

The location was beautiful and central to Interlaken, Grindelwald and Lucerne. View from the room was amazing. Room was clean. Loved waking up to the sound of gentle cow bells....miss them already! Restaurant for breakfast was good, but our dinner was the best! Glad we found this place!! Highly recommend for those who want a more relaxed visit to the area that feels like you are in the Swiss Mountains and not at a chain hotel.

everything! This is our 2nd time staying in this hotel. Convenient location for the overnight. The mountain view is just amazing from the rooms and the restaurant terrace. The meal in the restaurant is superb. Deer's Antrecote is highly recommended

The location is great, only around 7min from Lungern. The hotel has a long history but all the facilities are very clean and pleasant. Staff are all very friendly too.
