This is a great property, you can relax as their pool and outdoor facilities are resort like. I’ve seen people complain about the location, this is actually placed exceptionally well between major cities and a simple google maps search would have shown the location for the complainers. Food wise, this was good too. Shopping wise, you have really nice shopping centers close by. We were able to explore all the surrounding areas including the French side of the lake. We will stay again on our next trip. The staff are also exceptionally friendly and they provide great service.

The staff were super helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and cool, and the breakfast had lots of options and was generous. The coffee machine did decent coffees, which was important to us! We had a twin room and a double room, both spacious and comfortable. Great shower! The hotel was very quiet at night, which meant we slept very well. The location is good for somewhere out of town enough for peace and quiet, and good access to the motorway. We drove into town each day because the weather was so hot but it wouldn't have been a long walk (maybe 20 minutes) and there's a bus. My daughter was sick the day we were due to fly home, and the lady on reception couldn't have been kinder. She was an absolute gem and let us check out a bit later so my daughter could rest a bit longer.

Very positively surprised by this hotel! I loved everything about it: - very friendly, professional and helpful staff - comfortable hotel rooms - very comfy mattress - absolutely stunning alcove-like angled window, with cushions to sit at the window and look at Geneva Lake. My favourite part about the room! - All very clean, and a sufficient amount of towels (one big, one small, one smaller) - seems like a small detail, but most hotels don't do this :) - Good breakfast, with a view of the lake as a bonus! - Services for anything you may need - even borrowing a plug adapter! Plus the hotel is very well connected to Geneva - you get a free transport card for the entire canton of Geneva, it's right next to the train station and trains go every 15 mins! It's perfect, and so much nicer and quieter than to stay in Geneva while still being close by! Would 100% recommend

Very nice hotel in a quite place.

Very nice hotel in a quite place. We liked the pool outside (you can get extra towels at the reception), the billiard table and the fitness room both for free. There are also toys available for small kids, and the possibility to use the sauna/wellness and to play tennis (you have to pay extra). Good breakfast and kind personnel. I wish we had stayed longer!

A very nice, quiet room, but occasionally exposed to the noise of VHS players on the street. Otherwise, overall it's a good, welcoming establishment with decent service. However, I'm still waiting for my personalized invoice, which is very important.

Despite its proximity to the motorway, it is a quiet little residential area with well-maintained detached houses where residents walk their dogs in the evenings; the proximity to Lausanne and Geneva is probably attractive to holidaymakers.

Huge room with comfy bed. 4 pillows on bed. Small fridge in room with free bottled water and instant coffee. Greeted at the door and had bags carried up to the room by staff. Standard breakfast selection (bread, meat, cheese, muesli, coffee/tea/orange juice). Easily accessible from Lausanne and Geneva by train and then bus. Bus stop 813 just down the street from hotel.

The room was very large and the bed extremely comfortable. The Hotel location was great, but you do need a car, so close to France and lake Geneva. The staff were extremely friendly and the food in the restaurant a special treat. The food was fresh and delicious. Would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation and would stay here again if in the area.

The hotel is quiet and close to the Geneva Fountain, 15 minutes away. Suitable for families. Our apartment was comfortable, facing the lake. The reception staff were cheerful and helpful. It has a nice feature. It has a water sprayer in the bathroom next to the toilet seat for hot and cold water.
