The hotel had recently re-opened under a new name and management. The quality of the refurbishment was excellent. The staff we beyond friendly and helpful. When there was a problem with my booking (entirely due to my error) they corrected it without any fuss.

Really lovely bedroom and nice balcony, with beautiful view. room size big enough and bathroom very big as well. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel very central located and has a very cosy atmosphere. Will definately go back soon again, it was worth it. Oh yes, and parking opposite the hotel, so problem.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean, the bed super comfortable, and the whole place was quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was diverse and tasty, and the restaurant was beautiful. I’ll definitely come back when I’m in the area again

Staff very friendly. View was beautiful. For the price, it is really good. It is on the flight path, but if the windows are shut then you cannot hear anything. It is next to a supermarket which was useful. Also, there is a tiny (I mean really tiny) beach just opposite if you want to go in the lake. A really good restaurant about 5 minutes' walk away where you can eat fish from the lake. Rental bikes are just outside the hotel. It is not a glitzy central Geneva hotel - but if you want somewhere nice to stay for business/travel/ meeting up with friends, then this is a great find for a fraction of the price.

    Very nice hotel in a quite place.

    Very nice hotel in a quite place. We liked the pool outside (you can get extra towels at the reception), the billiard table and the fitness room both for free. There are also toys available for small kids, and the possibility to use the sauna/wellness and to play tennis (you have to pay extra). Good breakfast and kind personnel. I wish we had stayed longer!

    The property offered a free airport shuttle which is why we booked this hotel. The suite which we were upgraded to was just lovely and the beds were so comfy. The view was stunning and the breakfast was very tasty and had a big variety of options to suit everyone. I had contacted the hotel prior to arriving to make it a bit more special as we’d recently gone through a nasty accident as a family and the hotel left a hand written note which I sent them and a bar of chocolate.

    The room was very large and the bed extremely comfortable. The Hotel location was great, but you do need a car, so close to France and lake Geneva. The staff were extremely friendly and the food in the restaurant a special treat. The food was fresh and delicious. Would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation and would stay here again if in the area.

    Breakfast was excellent, wide variety of foods to choose from, delicious croissants and included in the booking price.The Wellness center was amazing and so relaxing and the pool was lovely. Very friendly and helpful staff and very pleasant, comfortable hotel in an ideal and beautiful, peaceful location.
