I had a great stay at this hotel! The apartment was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the staff was easy and smooth. I especially appreciate their help when my car broke down—they quickly arranged a taxi to bring my family to the hotel. The hotel also has great facilities including a bar, restaurant, gym, and an indoor swimming pool. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent location, especially when you want to use the cable car at Monte Carasso, the parking facilites are very simple to find and good space to park. Good rooms and nice brakfast.
