Everything about the Hotel was excellent. The location was stunning, great parking, well equipped and comfortable room with stunning views. Both the evening meal and breakfast taken outside on a terrace overlooking the lake and alps in the background, were excellent . The staff were excellent too with attentive hosts and Olga the breakfast waitress is an asset, welcomong, friendly, attentive and excellent at her job.

The location is great: easy to reach from the train station (with funicular) and within walking distance of the city centre. Our family room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also very good.

We had a lake view room, that besides the amazing view over the late with mountains in the background, also gave us a sense of privacy with a large terrace. A lot of great restaurants within walking distance Bathroom facilities is very nice

Room very nice, it seems that it has been renovated recently. Very good location, close to the lake, the city center and restaurants. Most imporantly, I forgot my headsets at the room and they contacted me to return them. Many thanks!
