This BnB is sensational, we booked as we wanted to stay close to climb Mt Rigi and we are glad we did. You immediately are welcomed by the lovely owner Erika, who takes pride in the Villa and wants to make it a truely wonderful experience. Erika gave us the local suggestions and an personalised itinerary for the three days we stayed in Goldau. Without her suggestions we would’ve missed, Brunnen and Lake Lauerz which are both close by. The house is also magnificent, over a 100 years old and a real treat. I would highly recommend a stay here and if you do, give yourself 4 days at least to explore the area. With the easy connections from Arth-Goldau (train station, 5 minute walk away), the surrounding regions are all very accessible. There is a lot history to the town and Villa itself and we were quite charmed by the church bells nearby. Thank you Erika for a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed everything in the studio. Everything look like brand new inside. The self check in is amazing since we arrived late at the hotel. The view to the mountains was amazing..few spots in the parking , there is a gym in the same hotel building... etc all in all I gave 10

Location was excellent for trip up to Mount Rigi and boat across the lake to Lucerne, literally next door. Hotel and outdoor area absolutely stunning, magnificent views of the lake, staff are fantastic, so helpful and friendly. Room was great , huge bathroom and so clean, there is an excellent coffee station on each floor which always had plenty of everything that you need. Excellent breakfast,lots of choice

Beautiful location & very convenient for reaching top sights...

Beautiful location & very convenient for reaching top sights, such as Stoos, Küssnacht & Rigi. We ate at a lovely (but pricey) restaurant right on the edge of the Zugersee, in Arth. The view from the outdoor patio area was fantastic.

Apartment was absolutely fine and what you would expect for...

Apartment was absolutely fine and what you would expect for the price. Basic but absolutely enough. Washing machine handy for those staying partly in hotels. Location really good for Mt Rigi and taking national railway south. Pick up supplies from the Co-op in the station. Owner family very friendly and efficient.
