I have no words to describe how well I was welcomed by the hotel staff. I find myself in a situation when I arrived at the hotel, and the team were amazing in help me with everything. I never expected so much attention, dedication and help, I will be forever grateful for that. The hotel itself is everything that you expect from a nice hotel, clean with, modern rooms, great TV and fast Internet. The bathroom itself deserves a special comment, extremely modern and with an amazing shower.

Great location, service and restaurant! The room was very comfortable, much more comfortable than in other hotels in Switzerland , coffee machine that can also make tea , impressive mini bar, good quality toiletries, great breakfast, I can go on and on, it is absolutely worth its money. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in! Thank you! My sincere recommendation to everyone!

Beautiful cozy hotel with amazing hosts. They made sure my family and I felt super welcomed all through out our stay. This place is 10 to 15 min from the main Luzerne city center - on a serene hill with great views.

The location was amazing, the breakfast was really good as well. But the highlight for myself and my wife was the friendly and amazing staff. We were totally new to Switzerland, but every time we asked something the staff (Heidi and her other lady colleague) was super helpful and friendly. They added so much amazing value to the property. We travelled a lot in Switzerland, Italy, France & Sweden. But never came across such nice people.

I must compliment your hotel to be one of the finest hotels in the world I have ever been. Apart from the perfect location close to the main station and all the major attractions, it is still in a quiet neighborhood. This being said, your hotel staff from the house keeping to the lady helping in the cafeteria during breakfast and of course, the staff at reception have been too good to be true. From my early check-in to assisting me in things to do around the hotel and in Lucerne, they have been nothing less of a delight to me and my wife. My greatest appreciation to all of them, though I did express the same during my checkout. Please keep us the same standards and I'm sure your hotel will be the best hotel in Lucerne.

This B&B is recommended is the whole place is occupied by a 8-12 people group. Occupancy by different, small groups of guest is less convenient due to the nature of the common shared toilet/bathroom facilities.

We were travelling by car, and wanted to be somewhere near Lucerne where we planned to have supper. Huobschur is in the most beautiful setting. Natural paradise with clean air, exquisite views, beautiful bird sound, delightful donkeys and goats. And an extremely gracious, kind and accommodating host and his small team. A total refreshment for our tired travelling spirits! We loved the wooden cabin, simply and beautifully furnished with wooden furniture. Beautiful spacious room, very comfortable bed and great shower. The breakfast was exceptional with homemade bread, delicious locally produced fruit yoghurt and muesli, delicious meat and cheese and lovely fresh fruit. All great value for money. What a gem! Sadly, we only had one night there. We will return as soon as we can. ❤️

We arrived at the hotel at 3:00 PM.

We arrived at the hotel at 3:00 PM. It was very noisy and the beds were terrible. We had booked for two people, and one pillow and one duvet were provided. The room door was open when we arrived. The room smelled of smoke (it's a smoke-free hotel). We left at 9:00 PM because our stay was very unpleasant. We couldn't find anyone at the reception to report this. In short, it was terrible.

Life is horribly expensive, so at least budget for your drinks... There's a small shop/bakery in the village, as well as a pizzeria. Since we had rented a cottage with a nice kitchen, we didn't eat out.

The hotel is situated in a breathtaking location, surrounded...

The hotel is situated in a breathtaking location, surrounded by high mountains topped with remnants of winter snow. It looked like a postcard or a fairytale cottage. The owner is very kind and hospitable. Nearby, you can do your shopping or visit local restaurants. The highway was also easily accessible.

It's a beautiful Swiss countryside town, with very charming houses, and the surrounding mountains are magnificent. The bus service to Innsbruck is exceptional. I highly recommend visiting this beautiful region.
