We got the room with river view + balcony. Great view, lots of amenities provided (or available per request), room was big enough and clean. If u have a balcony, suggest to call for room service at least for breakfast, so worth it.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. I would especially like to mention the following hotel employees: Lawrence, Julietta, Fabio, Bogdan and Adi. Magnificent view from the room to the lake. The room is comfortable. An unforgettable magic experience of visiting a Japanese restaurant Minamo with a chef Yutaka Kobayashi. Every dish was like a piece of art. Definitely come back again and will recommend to the friends.

THe Waldhotel in the resort is an amazing place. Astonishing views and incredible room size. The breakfast was something unique, and you have the opportunity to eat with a unique view of the mountains. I went with my spouse and we get engage there, the experience was amazing because they prepared everything for us, and they were really nice and they were in top of us every step of the preparation.

    This city is a short distance from Lucerne. There are frequent trains that go to Lucerne and further into Unterwalden. The main attraction in Hergiswill is the glass works and its museum and restaurant. There is a boat that stops there. One of its benefits is hotels that cost less than Lucerne Hotels and offer great views of the Lake. Consider it a suburb of Lucerne.

    We were upgraded to the Junior suite and the room was amazing with a stunning view of the Lucerne lake. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The spa facilities were great. We had no issue with car parking. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. The food was delicious and the waiting staff were very attentive. Both dinner and breakfast had a good range of options available for vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

    Roggerli was a lovely stop on our tour of Switzerland. We booked a room with balcony and lake view - it was outstanding. The room was spacious, and the balcony much larger than expected. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was lovely. Dining room also over looks the lake. We had dinner in the restaurant and food was lovely. If we visit this area again, we will definitely book Hotel Roggerli.

    We made a reservation for 2 rooms of the same category a corner suite type. My room is 237 which is the same as advertised, but another room 235 is much smaller, the view is not that good, no sofa. The room 235 does not meet our expection, but it is charged at the same price. I can say it's unfair to us. The lunch and dinner at the hotel restuarant are superb. We love it.

    The hotel has a nice view towards the lake and the mountains. However it depends on the room you choose. The hotel also has a nice pool, jacuzzi and good seating options in the back garden with a nice view.
