The hotel is excellent! Super well located to go anywhere (Jungfraujoch, GoldenPass Panorama, Lauterbrunnen, etc) and you can see what it seems to be a famous location for paragliding. Also you are in a region with lots of restaurants. Excellent breakfast, excellent in terms of comfort and amenities in the room. I would recommend it to anyone!

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Zeit & Traum, and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I've stayed in hotels across nearly 40 countries, and this one easily ranks in my top three. The hotel itself is immaculately clean and beautifully designed, but what truly sets it apart is the breathtaking view overlooking the lake—simply stunning. While the location itself may not be the most central, the incredible view more than makes up for it. You truly feel like you're in a tranquil, scenic paradise. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. Their genuine smiles, constant attentiveness, and eagerness to help made our experience unforgettable. A standout feature was the ever-present snacks and fruits, which were promptly refilled whenever they ran out. The attention to detail and level of care was remarkable. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days, and Hotel Zeit & Traum delivered it in spades. In short, this hotel combines a fantastic view with world-class service. If you're looking for a place that feels like home, with a view that takes your breath away, and staff that treats you like family, Hotel Zeit & Traum is the place to be.

Our top choice in the Interlaken region! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us from the very beginning. I had initially booked the wrong dates, but they kindly changed the reservation at no extra cost. On top of that, the lovely lady who welcomed us even upgraded us to a room with the most breathtaking views of the Alps. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was great as well. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

The room was comfortable and spacious, and the views from the bedroom were lovely. Breakfast was very complete – it even had a jam dispenser! What we valued the most is that it is literally above the train platform. The hotel is very well soundproofed; you don’t even hear the trains passing by. Switzerland is expensive, but staying at this hotel was definitely worth it.

Krattigen is a lovely little village offering stunning mountain views and a relaxing atmosphere. Towns like Spiez and Thun are also easily and quickly accessible by public transport. I would highly recommend the area.

It's a small village, but public transport is good, and if you have a car, you can quickly reach beautiful places like Thun, Bern, and Interlaken. The food at our hotel, Bären-Bellevue, was so good and with plenty of choice that we often went back.

Ideally located with a magnificent view of Lake Thun and the surrounding mountains! Peaceful yet close to all amenities. I highly recommend the Hotel Bellevue Bären Offen; its terrace is magical! The Niesen mountain is less than 10 minutes away by car—a must-see!

This place is amazing and feels even better than home! The views are absolutely stunning, like something out of a dream. The heater worked perfectly, making the house so warm and cozy. Everything we needed was provided, and all the facilities were in great condition. The owner was super friendly and gave clear and helpful instructions, even though we didn’t meet in person. I highly recommend this place to everyone. It’s an unforgettable experience, and I will definitely come back if I visit Switzerland again!

Beautiful views and the hotel rooms were quite homely and cosy. Cleaned well. Staff were helpful and provided us with a plug adaptor when I realised our European one wasn't suitable for Switzerland. We had dinner in the restaurant at the hotel on one of the evenings. I ordered the schnitzel which was enormous and the portion of fries was huge! My husband ordered the cordon blue which he said was delicious! The breakfast was also very good.

What an amazing stay we have had in this beautiful place. Martin and Maya where warm, hospitable, and out lots of through into our stay. We are extremely glad that we booked this place for our stay in Switzerland. We have had access to skiing opportunities via a short train ride, and the ‘Top of Europe’ can also be reached like this also. If you are thinking of coming to Switzerland, please book this place!
