Wow, basically everything I never feel welcomed as in there. The staff is fantastic. I feel they are my family and as if I have known them for a long time The location is super wow. Stunning location, ski in-ski out directly on a blue piste. Extremely welcoming staff, attention to detail that make a comfortable and homely stay - good quality duvets and comfy mattresses, games for kids/adults, complimentary tea/juice in the rooms, flexible check out. The chef is excellent, we stayed 3 nights and ate there every evening with great veggie options and good beer! Important to communicate in advance regarding arrival logistics.
