I travelled for work and only stayed one night. Mistakenly i booked the wrong date however the staff was excellent and corrected my booking immediately. All staff was friendly and helpful, the room was fantastic you are immersed in luxury from the moment you walk inside. Breakfast was fantastic with enough choice and high quality food. When leaving we received a small gift bag with water and chocolate. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance and when leaving the hotel you are immediately in the beautiful city centre. Definitely visiting again!

Great location. Beautiful surroundings and view. Staff was great. Restaurant onsite is good but pricey. In general on our trip trough Switzerland the dinners were not memorable and cost significantly more than New York City.

Perfect location!! 5 minutes walk from the main train station and port.Also 5 minutes walk to reach the downtown. The meeting point of all guided 1 day tours organised from Luzern by different travel companies is at the next corner only. So easy to reach. Breakfast was delicious with really fresh and high quality food, I loved it. The ambiance of the hotel is really nice, all the staff was extremely helpful and kind. Room was clean and comfortable. I would choose this hotel for my next visit in Luzern, as well.

We were lucky enough to get a free room upgrade for our stay as they had over booked their standard rooms. The location was ideal right in the heart of the old town and only a 10 min walk to the train station. The facilities, comfort and cleanliness were top marks with washing machines available in the downstairs common area and a kitchenette with sink, hob and dishwasher in our room. Only wish we had booked a longer stay.
