The apartment could not have been better for 4 adults and 2 kids. Vanessa was a wonderful host who met us when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed! Even a bottle of chilled prosecco in the fridge! The apartment was one of the best outfitted ones I have been in! Everything you could need!

Beautiful place with stunning views. Very nice large rooms. Very very good restaurant with a very very kind staff who couldn’t do enough for you. On top of that, a lovely breakfast. Highly recommend.

The staff and the owner herself of a place were amicable, responsive and lovely at all! The hotel was freshly furnitured with all commodities. Breakfast was modest but full of local-made products - fresh baked bread from neighbouring bakery and dairy products from local farmer.

I recently stayed at Aparthotel Luzern that had an unconventional setup without a traditional reception area. At first, I was skeptical about the absence of a reception, but my concerns were quickly put to rest. Overall, my experience at this hotel was exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.
