It’s a very cute small town with beautiful views and lake...
It’s a very cute small town with beautiful views and lake trails and benches, however not every train stops there so you always have to check the trains. Not much to do in the town, not even place to eat or have a beer but it’s a great location as a base for exploring the Wales’s lake area. Murg is a nice place if you want to avoid loads of other tourists. Local SPAR has the friendliest shopkeeper I've ever met - super chap. Lake is clear and lovely to swim in at the little bay near the campsite. Trains are only hourly but mostly reliable. Lots of potential for hill walking (especially if you go one town over to Unterterzen for the cable car) and lake trips. Sadly we did not have enough time as it was a short stop from somewhere else before going back to Zurich for our flight.Guest review byTim_WattsUnited Kingdom - 6.0
