Very friendly, at reception and cleaning staff and restaurant. Comfortable nice rooms, mini bar well filled, coffee maker in the room, small private terrace. The food in the restaurant was plenty and tasty and nicely arranged and presented by very friendly staff.

We had a fantastic time at Seerose Resort! The settings are beautiful, the hotel is modern and clean, the new spa facilities were amazing and there is overall such a nice atmosphere. Staff are friendly and helpful, including at the restaurants. We'll definitely be back!

    Can't understand why they had to send me so many emails (ten of them) and all in German when I said at the outset that I only understood English and French... Hello! Do you have a human being in the office? Or is it just a robot that has taken over in there? As mentioned on a previous posting, the portions in the restaurant are small and the breakfast is sth that this hotel should be truly ashamed of. You ask me what I would avoid on my next visit to Muri. Answer: returning to this hotel...
