I couldn’t have asked for a better stay at Gilbert's place! The apartment was immaculate and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal—close to everything I wanted to explore, yet peaceful and relaxing. Gilbert was an exceptional host, providing thoughtful recommendations and being incredibly responsive to all my questions. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. Excellent hotel. Conveniently located near the train station. Very clean and modern decor. Excellent service. Sabrina at the front desk was very nice to upgrade our room at no additional cost. Easy check in and check out. Will definitely stay here again if we visit the area again.

We’re absolutely thrilled with this hotel. It’s a cozy, almost home-like place that offers complete comfort. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, and the views are some of the best we’ve ever seen. The jacuzzi and sauna are top-notch. The restaurant is not only reasonably priced but also delicious, with an amazing staff. This place is, without a doubt, my best discovery of the year — and I’ll definitely be coming back more than once.

Location, how quaint and charming it is! We stayed for a night before boarding the GEX and the location is everything. Just a short 3 minutes walk to the station straight forward. Right in the centre of Brig main attractions too. The hotel itself and the suite we stayed are perfect for kids - very homey, comfortable, with nice toilet and strong showers. Toiletries from Molton Brown works too. They provide token for your hot and cold drinks at the breakfast area, and provide continental breakfast with eggs which is a plus before our ride.

close to the cable car station..maybe a little too close, as I could hear it operating from early in the morning and its a bit of a contrast with the silence of this mountain village (that was what i was looking for) room with lovely terrace with hamac; clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff that gave me good indications as to the nicest viewpoint of Aletsch, and delicious raclette at their restaurant Aletsch Arena-an exceptionally educative site showing right there under your eyes the effects of the global warming and also showing you some Swiss engineering genius-they built here in 2015 a "floating"cable car station able "swim "along with the moving terrain (the rocks are moving due to glacier melting) VERY INTERESTING! bring your kids ,this will stay printed in their minds forever

    Great room, wonderful restaurant and staff were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. Easy walk from the train station. Comfy room, great shower and had shampoo, soap etc. Lovely meal downstairs, it’s a proper restaurant that people travel to, not just guests at the hotel.

    The standard of the room was high and immaculate. With a large veranda facing the other building and parking. What we didn't know was that the hotel had its own beer and brewery. Not a downer that either!
