This is the second time we stayed in this hotel in the past 3 months. Both stays have been exceptional. The breakfast is excellent with a large cereal option, fresh pastries and 2-3 different kinds of fresh bread. The staff are warm and helpful. The breakfast lounge has an impressive view of the lake and the monutains.

Nyons is a very charming summer town on Lake Geneva. When we arrived at the hotel (which is walking distance from the ferry), they upgraded our room. The room (and particularly the bathroom) was very large and well appointed for a European hotel. Loved the AC as it was really hot this summer. Breakfast was on a large covered patio with a gorgeous lake view.

This hostel was extremely well planned! I very much appreciated the privacy curtains in the dorm room, the shelf and hooks in the shower stall, the electric outlets on top of the bed and in the locker, the key card for the room and locker, etc. The breakfast was good, and the staff was very nice. Furthermore, the kitchen was well equipped and clean. Nyon hostel exceeded my expectations!

Nyon has the tough luck being located between Genebra and Lausanne. Nevertheless, the location by the lake with plenty of history makes it a great place to visit and have a gentle stroll around its quarters.

Nyon is a lovely city and very cosmopolitan.

Nyon is a lovely city and very cosmopolitan. The ability that the hotel provided to me - from the tourism office - to have a free pass to travel to the places of interest within a certain area, and free bus travel, was very helpful. The trains from Nyon connect to the important cities of Switzerland.

Nyon is a magical place with stunning views of lake and mountains. It is very well served with public transport networks that are easy to navigate. A fine selection of shops, restaurants and cultural activities. A superb base for venturing forth to explore the surrounding countryside and cities.
