...the location. As if it is only for an overnight stay on your way to/from your holiday or for a weekend away like me and my husband. The location is near Tamaro Mountain and Splash&Spa, for one who likes going on a mountain bike or trekking/hiking and the other to relax in spa... well just perfect! We opted for the half-board as we were positively surprised if the meal portions. The breakfast was good too and most of all, the staff, starting from the receptionist/check-in to the waitresses. Right in front of the train station, so you get there by train and 5 minutes walk from the Splash&Spa with the hotel's free parking, you save yourself money too, as we went there the day we arrived and could leave our car at the hotel before my You get a Ticino Card too issued by the hotel which gives you 20%-30% off the entrance fees of many places and free Arcobaleno card/public transport, so we were actually quite surprised. We will be definately back!

Check-in by myself is great idea. It was easy. We didn’t know where to park car and didn’t know rules for free parking. Thank you that you leave information on the table. Room has everything what you need for one night or longer period. Even small kitchen with all staff (olive oil, salt, pepper, everything). Thank you for smart TV. We enjoyed our Netflix. Bathroom is good and nice cosmetic. Everything is well organized. Thank you!

We were on route from Italy to Germany and needed a place to stay overnight to recharge. We arrived late and were welcomed by very helpful and accommodating staff. Registered within minutes, upgraded into a spacious loft suite which we can fully recommend. The suite was super clean, fine bedding, very comfy and spacious bed. Well equipped and clean bathroom. The suite was beautifully decorated contemporary/old style mix. Great views of Bellizona and the mountains. Lots of cafes around the hotel if you do not feel like having breakfast there. We did not have BF at the hotel, but checked it out and they have a great looking buffet spread. We took coffee in our room, and it was GOOD coffee. Check out at noon allowed us to rest up before the next part of our journey. We would come back.

    Comfortable beds with excellent pillows which is rarely the case in hotels. Little but practical rooms, warm and quiet. Private parking is great with back entrance to hotel so you do not need to suffer with your luggage.
