We stayed for two nights. Our flight got delayed and it was way past midnight when we checked in. But the staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was awesome too. Comfy rooms. Very close to the metro. So the transport wasn’t an issue at all. A very good stay. Recommended!

One of the newer hotels in Geneva. Excellent rooms & interiors. Helpful front desk. It is located about 200 meters from the tram station. The hotel also gave us a 3 day free pass for all public transport and taking the tram was very convenient to the city centre ( Bel Air station ). a 15-minute ride. The Balexert shopping mall is one stop away. We will return to this hotel on our next trip. It is highly recommended for those who like a modern new hotel & do not want to stay in the city centre.

We booked a double room but were assigned a large 4-person room. It had two separate single beds and a bunk bed behind a wall. The room was very new and clean. There were many power outlets of different types. The beds were comfortable, with good mattresses, pillows, and blankets. Check-in was available until late in the evening. The staff was pleasant; our check-in with Neo was quick and easy. We received a free public transport card in advance of our stay. The hotel also provided very prompt responses to our questions before the check-in. The location is good, with only a few stops to the central station and the airport. There is construction nearby, but it was not audible from the room and was not a disturbance.

The hotel location was absolutely perfect to my venue and not that expensive then Crown Plaza. I liked everything there: room was clean and had terrace, amenities. Breakfast was big. But the most I liked reception lady Morgan who was very smily and welcoming! She helped every matter and a lot with transportation. Amazing personality which brings welcome attitude to hotel.

The hotel is spectacular, close to the airport, they offer a round-trip shuttle service from the airport to the hotel for free, the customer service is excellent and by this I mean not only the reception staff, but everyone including the staff toiletries, comfortable rooms and finally the complete and excellent breakfast. Without a doubt I will stay at the hotel again. Additionally, when I checked out, the reception staff authorized me to leave my bags at the hotel while I went to the airport and downtown Geneva. This is really appreciated because leaving with heavy suitcases is very complicated. MERCI BEAUCOUP!! Best Regard, Antonia
