We booked a table in the restaurant for dinner. When we arrived we were told that the table was already booked and that we would have to dine in a soulless room upstairs. Having looked at this room, we declined and went elsewhere. The staff were particularly frazzled due to a carnival, but this shouldn't have happened and was not well dealt with. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming the following morning, so perhaps they did us a favour.Guest review byNJIreland

Comfortable bed, good TV, good shower although could have done with a shower curtain to help stop getting water on the floor. Amazing location, Sargans is beautiful, surrounded by mountains.
