The hotel was wonderful; super friendly staff, very good breakfast, stunning view of Interlaken, and super clean rooms. Also, the location is very good, it’s close to Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen. We enjoyed a lot, 100% recommended!!

The hotel is excellent! Super well located to go anywhere (Jungfraujoch, GoldenPass Panorama, Lauterbrunnen, etc) and you can see what it seems to be a famous location for paragliding. Also you are in a region with lots of restaurants. Excellent breakfast, excellent in terms of comfort and amenities in the room. I would recommend it to anyone!

Wow, basically everything I never feel welcomed as in there. The staff is fantastic. I feel they are my family and as if I have known them for a long time The location is super wow. Dominic and his colleagues, they are so professional. They take care of all the fine and every little deatils ( room decorations, stunning view, fabilous facilities , service room breakfast, and etc ...). They really tried hard to make the guest happy. I would give them 1000 out of 10. To all guests, just book with them, and you won't regret it at all. By the way, they gave me once I checked out, a nice gift to remember them forever.

Loved it here - the location was great, quiet area but with a stunning view, the hospitality was amazingc great communication and dedication to guests well being, delicious breakfast with local produce, great room (spacious, clean and loved the bed, slept really great) and an overall good visit, definitely would recommend it!

Everything. The bungalow is spacious for the whole family. There's kitchen and dining area, 2 toilet , very clean.. there's a backyard too. Quiet and safe place.. ac is on the living room but there's a lot of fan and it's enough to cool both rooms. The 15chf laundry per day is very good deal. My children love playing pingpong. The location is excellent 7 mins walk from West station, and everything else. The guests card gives u free transport within Interlaken. There's nearby grocery also

Fantastic hotel. We got upgraded to a room with a view to the lake and it was gorgeous The staff was very nice, and Benni always made us smile There was a fan you could use when it was warm. The hotel has a pizza restaurant which we recommend as well

    It has very relaxing surroundings.

    It has very relaxing surroundings. Cows bells and birds sounds are like background music in a spa. Sundlaenen is just 5-7 minutes drive to interlaken and 20 minutes drive to beautiful Thun. Lake Brienz and lake Thun are there to offer their best within a stone's throw.
