The hotel's location is PERFECT! It's a few steps from the Thalwil train station AND the boat station of Lake Zurich. We were able to go to Zurich via boat and enjoyed the sights and activities over the water in Lake Zurich. Our room had a balcony that had a good partial view of the lake. This is also close to the bus station that you can take to the Lindt Chocolate Museum. Overall, I would come back to this hotel!

Let's start with the house - it is so beautiful. Ample spaces to sit and relax, either in the sitting room, or lawns. The dining space is light, airy and bright, overlooking the lawn, and it's just the right atmosphere! The house is in perfect condition, and the rooms are nice, clean and airy. They aren't huge, but by European standards, they're just fine. Next, the service. I can't thank the Signau House team enough! We were traveling with very elderly parents who caught a chill and were confined to their beds for the duration of our stay. The staff went over and beyond to make us comfortable! Whether is was extending breakfast timings, checking in on them while my husband and I were out, opening up their kitchen to us for dinner - we really felt like we were living in our own home. Finally, the location - the house is very well located, on a quiet street, and well connected via tram. It's walking distance from the lake, and a few stops away from the Old City and other touristy places.

WOW. Over the past year I have been to 10 five star hotels at least, and they were nothing compared to the Dolder. The Dolder Grand is something else, something above five start, something truly unique that I wished I had experienced earlier. My suite was absolutely gorgeous, with a stunning view over the lake of Zurich. Everything in the room was clean, tidy, luxurious. The SPA was one of the best I have ever tried, beautiful and calm indoor pool, with an outdoor jacuzzi overlooking Zurich. The staff and the concierge were all super helpful, super kind and really made me feel special and welcomed during my entire stay. Finally I want to make a special mention for the food....the Saltz Restaurant was extremely good but what has totally surprised me was the breakfast. HANDS DOWN THE BEST BREAKFAST ON PLANET EARTH. Super happy of my stay, as I visit Zurich few times a year, I will make sure to stay at Dolder next time I come in few months. See you soon:)

    We had a fantastic stay at Sedartis. Breakfast staff were all so lovely and friendly. Rooms were clean, and the cleaner left chocolate hearts on our beds. The best bit was the way she / he put my daughter’s plush dog like it was peeking from under the pillow. That really made our day! Thank you. The hotel is also right across the train station and a few minute walk to a supermarket and a nice Italian restaurant.

    Perfect location, bus station and train station both across the street. Hotel staff was very friendly and you can find a smile on their face every time. Staff will also help to make our stay more comfortable. I was also allowed early check-in and late check-out.
