Room and cleanliness was great. The bed was incredibly comfortable. There was a kitchen, coffee maker and mini fridge. There was a huge TV. Parking lot was sufficient. It is far from the center in terms of location, but if there is a car, there is no problem, we chose it on purpose.

Particularly liked the price-value relation, friendly and accommodating staff, comfy bed and spacious room ... It's also quiet + dark when curtains are closed (which I highly value) ... It's been my second stay in Lausanne at B&B Hotel, I would come back again! There are also some good restaurants in the vicinity, quite convenient.

I adore the location! We attended ceremony at EPFL and this was just perfect stay on the campus! Metro station driving to the center is in front of the hotel, perfect for sightseeing. We git free public transportation tickets. There is a public garage under the hotel and a big supermarket just next door. Room was simply decorated but spacious and clean. It was well heated and quite. No noise at all, so we had a great sleep.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible—the best experience I’ve ever had! What stood out the most was the amazing staff and management. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their kindness and professionalism made me feel truly valued as a guest, especially Momo. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless, and the attention to detail was impressive. The management clearly takes great care in ensuring guests have a perfect stay. I had a conference at the Swiss technology convention center and the location was just perfect as was 10 mins walk. I had a very silent room, the bathroom was super fancy, I loved the shower water power and also the provided products. I had also lake view. The man at the reception was extremely nice and helpful (and also handsome!)
