This hotel was an absolute gem. It's in a very quiet area but it is a great location if you are exploring the Interlaken and Jungfrau area. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. The views on both sides of the hotel are exceptional, especially if you are staying on the second floor. The second floor also has a balcony with patio furniture to sit and enjoy the view. We were renting a car for our trip so having free parking was great. There is a lot of parking behind the hotel and it's easy to locate. The train station is about a 10 minute walk, but we were driving mostly. The hotel is also surrounded by nice pathways and walkways to explore the town of Wilderswil and get a glimpse of Swiss village life.

My recent stay at Jungfrau Hotel Wilderswil was nothing short of extraordinary—it was truly the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed by the warm and attentive staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Charlotte and the lady room attendant were very friendly and made me feel home during my stay. The room view was absolutely breathtaking—each morning felt like a dream as I woke up in awe of the stunning scenery. It was the kind of view that makes you pause, take a deep breath, and feel grateful for the moment. Truly unforgettable! I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends travelling to Switzerland. My experience was so exceptional that I’m already looking forward to returning—it’s a place I’d gladly revisit!

Amazing view from the room, great breakfast and great garden where even raspberry grows (red and yellow - two kinds even). The staff was kind and helped with every question + we left luggage for the whole day without problem. You can even order a jacuzzi for free outside, but we didn't use it. Not cheap at all, but it was really great! Also, great location - less than 2 minutes walk from train station. We had 6 minutes between trains and managed to get back to hotel, pick up our luggage and get back to the station even :) Free transport in the Interlaken area as well.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location for everything close by. The room was nice and clean and staff was very helpful, but the highlight was the restaurant/bistro. Very good menu with a truly friendly and warm service. Also, they went beyond their way to help me out and the chef made a lovely gesture for my dinner. I had such a nice stay and would easily recommend this hotel to everyone. Left with a cozy and warm feeling.

To be honest, the place was clean, wonderful, and very quiet. We and the children enjoyed the atmosphere of the real Swiss countryside, away from the crowds of the city. Mrs. Paula Natalia, the owner of the house, is very respectful. But you must be careful with children and not cause disturbance to local residents. The place is strategic because it is located between the city of Interlaken and the tourist village of Grindelwald and Lautabrunnen. It's close to all tourist places.

The attention to detail of full supply for a stay feeling just like home. Did not lack of anything except a bread knife. The huge clean modern space and breathtaking scenery of the surrounding mountains. An absolutely highlight of our unforgettable Swiss journey. Very comfortable beds.
