Rodrigo was super helpful and friendly and a really nice guy! He also made us a fab breakfast in the morning and couldn’t do enough for us. We only stayed one night on our way to Santiago but had a good night sleep in the cabaña and there was tea / coffee / water (and cake and wine!) provided for us which was great. Comfy beds and a good view. Thank you again Rodrigo, it was nice to meet you! NB: it is either cash payment or by transfer - no card payment - but Chanara is only a few minutes away in the car if you need.

Incredible seaside cabin at the top of a hill. The view over the small valley just before Chañaral was breathtaking and we felt lucky to be there. We really loved our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer. The host was very generous and extremely helpful.

This is Portofino surf camp which is a nice place to stay but is much further south than suggested so is really misleading.
