The couple host are very sweet! They helped us to booked tours for astronomy and el yaso the last minute and they even let us checked in early. I will 100% recommend this place because of the most caring hosts plus it is walking distance to everything you need in Cajon del maipo. The cabin is very comfortable and the softest bed made us sleep like babies. It also comes with kitchen, hot and cold water plus a heater itself. Thankyou for the great stay!

We loved our two night stay at Borde Maipo. We stayed in the Algorrobo cabin and had our own hot tub and private view of the river. It was so peaceful. We had everything we needed to make our own dinner and enjoy the peace of the mountains. The beds are comfy and warm, we left our window open to listen to the river all night long. Christian has a very interesting story and is a very hospitible host. Breakfast had a decent array of options for all diets and is served in your room. There is a shared small. Pool and BBQ area along the river. Gorgeous river sunsets.

The town is a village located an hour from Santiago.

The town is a village located an hour from Santiago. From there it's easier to get to the hot springs and the "Embalse del Yeso" lagoon. It's nice to enjoy the cool weather and the peace of the mountains, although it's not certain that there will be snow even in winter. (Perhaps, if you want snow, you can go to higher villages, like Baños Morales).

The view to the river was really beautiful. You can grill on the terrace and it is very comfy. The bed was really comfortable and the only sound we heared at night was the river, what we really enjoyed. We got an offer to use the jacuzzi once for free and it was amazing. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and it was nice to make our breakfast with the eggs, bread and cake that we got as a gift from the hotel. The personal is super helpful and kind

This is a rustic self catering cabin in a beautiful valley. The swimming pool was great and there were some free games facilities that would make it great for families. The location so close to Santiago is convenient as a 'night before flying back stop'. San Jose de Maipo is within short walking distance with a few restaurants and shops albeit along a busy road. Staff were all very friendly and attentive.

Beautiful setting. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely hotel, had basically the whole site to ourselves which was amazing. Didn't try most of the paid activities but facilities look good, besides dinner, which was delicious.
