I am slightly scared of providing a good review because I don't want this fantastic hotel to be overbooked and then it will be super expensive. But there is literally nothing I could say that is bad about this hotel. The room was gorgeous, the building was fantastic, it had everything I needed from USB connections to charge my phone to controlled temperature in the room, to a robust desk, to wonderful water temperature and pressure to shower. This hotel is spectacular and the staff always goes above and beyond the call of duty to make your stay comfortable. I will stay here again.

An idyllic hotel with sublime staff and top location. Highly recommended place if you’re visiting the city. From reception, to service team, they were all just amazing. Very helpful and friendly people who have done their best in their hands to make us feel like at home. The breakfast was of a wide range, the pool was always quiet, and the rooms kept at high standards -although perhaps they need a bit of an update-.

We are more than happy to choose this hotel for our last days of a 3 week trip in South America. Everything was perfect. The location is a beautiful suburb, safe and peaceful. The hotel itself is fully renovated, rooms and bathrooms feature an excellent warm style. Our room had a beautiful view of the city and the Andes. There are 2 great restaurants in the property and we tested them both. For this quality of hotel and service, I consider this hotel very reasonably priced. Top marks for the stuff, from Patricio at the reception who welcomed us after a long and tiring day traveling, to the stuff in restaurants and cleaning service, they were all great!

It's a nice city. But watch for the taxi drivers. They will scam you if they can. Not all But some. Pay cash if you can. If you us cards make sure you can see the screen all the time on their tapping machine.

Santiago is a quiet clean city.

Santiago is a quiet clean city. Several museums and attractions. Pre Columbian, Fine Arts, Plaza de Armas, Funicular, Very good restaurants especially for seafood and empanadas. Good base for regional day trips. Excellent transportation system clean and efficient to get around Santiago, to/from SCL and for day trips.

Our hotel was well positioned.

Our hotel was well positioned. We were able to walk to the the City Hop on Hop Off bus tour and had a great day visiting several locations. Some good places to eat next to the shopping centre nearby. the Mall Parque Aurauco. Be careful when you look for a taxi from the airport. Use the official booths which are just after baggage reclaim so you can avoid the unauthorised and very persistent taxi drivers that throng the arrivals hall.

A pleasant surprise - a real jewel in the south.

A pleasant surprise - a real jewel in the south. Never thought Santiago has more to offer than some big world-renouwnend cities. Surprisingly clean and very well presented with its many parks, modern down-town and historical centre. A must-visit on the travel bucket list.

Definitely!

Definitely! Santiago is a wonderful city with good transportation - if you speak Spanish getvthe BIP travel card and move seamlessly between metro underground busses and explore the city. Friendly people and a nice mix between historical commercial both old and modern malls Swill be back again - wonderful people wonderful wines and fabulous scenery snow capped mountains even in summer !

The Singular is a lovely boutique hotel in central Santiago. Many of the tourist sites of Santiago are within a short walk of the hotel, so it is ideally located for visitors to the city. The staff of the hotel were without exception utterly charming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The rooftop restaurant and bar were also excellent. Our room was reasonably sized for a central city location and comfortably appointed. I throughly enjoyed my stay.

We have stayed in this hotel for a total of 4 nights at different dates because we were using the Santiago airport as a hub for our trips around Chile. The advantages are : The proximity with the airport. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast opening at 5 am (allowing thus early travelers to get a nice breakfast) Excellent isolation to noise (don't hear the planes). Excellent internet connexion.

Booked this hotel for a 13hr transit from Santiago Airport. The cost was much cheaper than the onsite airport hotel. It had a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back again so happy to save some $$$. The reception was great. The restaurant was fine and suitable for the establishment. Very happy we booked this hotel instead of sitting around in a transit lounge.
