We liked everything! The location was perfect, close to the beach and our room had a great view. The staff were very attentive. All good! One small thing - I would have liked the option of Greek yogurt at breakfast.

a basic, but charming stay at zapallar. zapallar is a small, but beautiful jewel at the chilean coast (think cote d'azur crossed with Monterey CA). Evidently without much hotels, much more oriented towards its own population, with an attractive and beautiful beach, surrounded by large, mostly expensive houses. the hosteria lies a bit up the hill but still in the centre (beach is within a very walkable distance), and very close to shops and some good restaurants. the hosteria has a good private parking place. interior of the hosteria is functional but basic, and it offers public kitchen facilities. the family room was not oversized, and the bathroom facilities were adequate. beds were ok. friendly reception, no breakfast included.

The hotel has a unique charm and energy, with a building that boasts over 10 years of history. The owner truly cares about every small detail, which made the stay even more special. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast and the beautiful views through the window. The owner also provided excellent tips for exploring the area. Following their advice, we visited the penguins and witnessed an incredible sunset.

Everything was great! The Location, the Hostel, the Room and the view with the sea! It was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and you have everything there. Quite places, busy places, surfstations. In a most amazing location, Casa Wilson is a gorgeous romantic property with incredible views, cosy and atmospheric inside and just beautiful outside. We could have stayed for weeks. Samuel Moreno is a charming and interesting host and it was lovely having breakfast in the period dining room, chatting to the other guests. Zapallar is an enchanting destination, the cliff walks are wild and incredible and you can even take a boat to see the Humboldt penguins

A fantastic boutique hotel in an upmarket and beautiful seaside town. We had a nice room (#1) with a very large, comfortable bed and good bathroom with walk-in shower. Breakfast (included) was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We ate in the hotel one night and the food was delicious and fairly priced. Zapallar is a special place and this hotel made it even more so. Very highly recommended.

Great location with excellent view. The hotel is located in a very quiet sector that allows visitor to enjoy the stay and get a good time of relax. Facilities are so good and the staff is so dedicated and guest oriented, which is to be appreciated. Room, beds and bathroom were very good, clean and extremely comfortable. It is great for me.

Zapallar is a beautiful place, and Carla's loft is the ideal place to enjoy it. It's spacious, comfortable, and boasts spectacular views. Quiet at night for a good night's rest. It exceeded our expectations on all levels. Carla was very responsive, and Carlos greeted us warmly and provided useful local information. Highly recommended.
