The location is excellent and staff is also very nice. The hotel has really nice enviroment and rooms were very comfertable. I really like the room delivery service by cute little robot. also good reastaurants and utility shops nearby

Staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. My mandarin is decent, but not strong. Luckily the staff were really efficient with translating apps and all communication went relatively smoothly. The provided us with a mini fridge for our room when asked.

I booked this hotel for my husband when it was definite that he will not make it in time for his connecting flight out of Shenzhen. Unfortunately the delay of his incoming flight stretched to 9hrs at least so he arrived at the hotel at 6am on checkout day. He said the staff was kind enough to let them know that they can extend their stay beyond the 12noon checkout. Excellent customer service from the hotel's check-in staff for a very weary traveller. Rooms were very spacious and clean.
