This hotel is highly recommended. They provide free airport pickup. But they provide us a free transfer to the Xiamen Train Station, which is beyond our expectations. Secondly, we have trouble buying train tickets. One of their staff spent a long time helping us to complete the whole process from registration of account, searching for our train, and teaching us how to order. That young man's working attitude is excellent and should be highly decorated. Well done!

My trip to Xiamen was one of the best trips I have had in a long time, thanks in large part to my stay at the 12 Seaside Hotel. It was my first trip to China and everything was great. A huge thanks to the owners of the hotel for being so welcoming and helping with everything from getting around the city to recommendation on local food. I am looking forward to visiting this wonderful place Xiamen and of course staying at the 12 Seaside Hotel.

Excellent location for transit, 5 min from airport, efficient free shuttle service. Staff takes a big effort to serve well. I could get a cold drink from vending machine paying with euro cents, someone walked me to the lift to press the correct floor button for me. Great room with beautiful view at sunrise
