Amazing staff who gave us great recommendations on the attractions to visit. We had a very smooth stay and tours thanks to them. Very attentive and responsive ! The room was beautiful, very well furnished and very clean! Breakfast was good with mainly Chinese options.

There are various shops and night markets nearby, which is very quick and convenient. The rooms are spacious, with soft and comfortable pure cotton bedding and clean sanitation. Freshly made breakfast is provided daily, and both the front desk and online concierge services are very thoughtful. From the moment of booking, detailed check-in guidance is provided, making you feel right at home. New Infrastructure, well and basically modern equipped rooms, clean, good location for National Park. Hotel Team doesn’t speak English, but communication via app was no problem and they are very helpful. Excellent communication in English with remote employee through whatsapp (available at almost any time and very good service)

Location is superb - just a short walk to the forest park entrance. Very impressed with the efficient English-speaking front desk who helped us secure tickets and plan our itinerary. Breakfast buffet has good variety, and the gym is adequate. Great having so many shopping and dining options right downstairs. Excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend to fellow Singaporeans!

The staff was very friendly and even helped us making the schedule during our stay. If you need suggestions they help you and tell you what you can do. The hotel is also very clean and the location is very nice if you want to visit the National Forest Park. There are a few shops and restaurants around the hotel. where you can buy a few things.

This is extremely amazing hotel with nice facilities, super comfortable rooms, free laundry service and generally amazing service. Joanna, front desk manager, contacted us in advance on WhatsApp, suggested us on our plans and booked all the tickets for us- such a great help! This is really one of the best hotels we ever stayed at!
