Our stay here was excellent. One of the receptionists knew english so the check in process was much smoother compared to the majority of accommodations in Haikou. Great staff, professional and they even helped us book a taxi for very early in the morning. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, the bathroom as well. Great value for money. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Haikou, this is it.

super good hotel for an airport stayover. they have a shuttle going to/from T2 and T1, about every 30 mins. If you arrive late, just go to the information desk at the airport and they will call the shuttle for you. Shuttle stops in front of exit 5 at T2 arrivals for pick up. Room is very good, big double bed, big shower. water bottles provided too. Staff makes an effort to speak a few words, very basic english, or use translator apps. You ned only a little patience at reception, you're in China ffs, not in Europe or USA. Be kind with staff, they do their best. Morning shuttles back to terminals every half hour.

The location was convenient, the staff was helpful. Nice, clean hotel. Breakfast spread though not elaborate, was good. The restaurant also served very nice food other than breakfast.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I was very satisfied with the service and facilities provided. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The staff was exceptional, always ready to help. The lobby on the 8th floor is very welcoming. The breakfast spread is good. The hotel located inside a old commercial block. It undergo a complete change over in Aug 24. So is look brand new. I enjoy my 2 night stay 100%.
