this was my second time at this great hotel traveling on business to Jinan . amazing staff and clean .very warm welcome and a personal welcome from the general manager who went above and beyond , even arranging contact with sister hotel in Beijing for our onward travel . Rooms were large, beds very comfy, gym was great, huge desk for work, in a great location. Would recommend 10/10
