Great location! The staff were very helpful - guiding us on how to get around, recommending excellent places to eat, and even helping us adjust our itinerary so we could make the most of our time. The place is very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast is also worth it - the dumplings are delicious, so definitely choose this option!

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hospitality was exceptional, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and very well-kept. Everything was clean, organized, and of excellent quality. Overall, a wonderful experience—I would gladly return and highly recommend it.

If I could give an 11/10 for the staff I would. I was very confused as to how to get from Zhangjiajie West train station to the hotel. Two staff members came to pick me up. They also arranged an early check in, and helped me book a taxi to Wulingyuan and another one back to the station the next day. The room was beautiful and clean and the hotel was just a 20 minute drive away from Wulingyuan which is a cheap taxi trip.
