Very new facility, spacious and very kids friendly. Kids love the pool! The hotel restaurant is expensive but very tasty. Only 1.7 km away from the entrance but not nice to walk. Close by many restaurants

My stay at CMYK Stoneyards was absolutely wonderful, from start to finish. The house is beautiful, the surrounding nature is stunning, and the food is the freshest and most delicious I have eaten in China. This place is a little paradise, the owner has done an incredible job at designing the spaces and the staff is super friendly. Big thank you to Marina for her warm welcome and support during my stay. It’s so close to the wall. You can sit in the gardens and look at the wall. The staff were exceptional. Incredibly helpful in guiding us about wall tickets etc. The hotel shuttle to the wall was a lovely vehicle and the entire hotel felt extremely classy and high end. It makes going to the wall a lovely experience, rather than a rushed bus tour.

Absolutely amazing stay. Room was spacious and clean. Bed large and comfortable. Mickey is the perfect host! Super helpful. Picked us up from the base of the great wall for check in and then took us up in the morning helping with tickets!! The breakfast was amazing. The best one we had on our trip. The coffee was so good!! Would happily stay here again. Nice and close to the wall so very convenient. Highly recommend.

Perfect base to go see the Great Wall. I did this on a 144 hour long layover visa and it worked flawlessly. They'll pick you up from the airport, give you free breakfast and cook you a delicious dinner, then charge everything at the end! Such a kind and beautiful family. They even shuttled me to the ticket office and back. Can't recommend enough!

This mountain retreat enjoys a beautiful scenic location near the Great Wall, with rooms located from the base to the top of the hill.

While the price was a little high compared to other places of this standard, you cannot beat it for its location and the serenity of the environment that it is situated within. The staff are great and do their best to make sure that you have what you need and when you need it. The views from the room, if it isn't foggy, are simply stunning and time seems to stand still when you are staying there. Stan kindly provided us with transport to and from the Great Wall and this helped to set up a wonderful day for us.
